. Each employee will need to present valid ESPN employee identification upon entering Aqua Turf.
. The employee’s guest will be required to show valid photo identification if he or she arrives separately.

TRANSPORTATION:
Getting There:
New York, 605 Third Avenue: Bus will depart at 4pm sharp.
New York, 77 West 66th Street: Bus will depart at 4pm sharp.
New York, 19 East 34th Street: Bus will depart at 4pm sharp.
Getting Back:
All buses will depart from Aqua Turf at 11pm sharp.
New York buses will stop at 77 West 66th Street, 605 Third Avenue, and 19 East 34th Street.
There will be one bus that will depart from the three area hotels at 7am, Friday morning, December 14th and return to all three
New York City locations. If you are interested in riding this bus, please be sure to click the appropriate box on the registration
form. Space is limited and reservations will be given on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you’re driving…Parking is available at Aqua Turf and at the Bristol campus.
There will be shuttle service to and from the ESPN campus in Bristol, the Cheshire offices and the three hotels listed below. We
suggest utilizing the buses if at all possible.
HOTELS:
Travel has blocked a limited number of hotel rooms at the following hotels. Those interested in reserving a room must contact
their hotel choice no later than indicated below. Hotel costs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not
reimbursable unless the overnight stay is in conjunction with ESPN business and not solely for the purpose of attending the Holiday
Party.
